Recently, 2025 Belt & Road and BRICS Competition of Skills Development and Technology Innovation- Innovation Spatio-Temporal Intelligent Applications, concluded successfully in Shijiazhuang. A total of 131 teams from numerous universities across the country competed in this event. The student and faculty team from the Geographic Information Science Major of the School of Urban Construction of 世界杯平台-世界杯网站 demonstrated solid professional skills and outstanding teamwork, earning multiple awards.
Pro. Hou Yixuan was awarded the National Excellence Prize (Faculty Category). The team project by Zhu Jinxuan, Huo Jiayuan, Zhou Runxiang, and Yang Yongjian won the National Third Prize of Undergraduate Category, under the guidance of Ms. Yan Yuna and Ms. Jia Junru. Another team project by Yang Junzhao, Li Yunxia, Wang Chuyu, and Zi Shurun won the National Excellence Prize of Undergraduate Category, led by Ms. Hou Yixuan and guided by Ms. Sui Yijie.
These achievements represent another outcome of BCU’s efforts to deepen education and teaching reforms and promote industry-education integration. BCU will continue to encourage faculty and students to participate in high-level academic competitions, further enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and contributing to the development of high-caliber Spatio-Temporal intelligence professionals for the world.
